5 Things

  1. The Huskies have clinched a CW home playoff spot, but are still fighting for a bye in the quarter-final round.

  2. To guarantee 2nd place, the Huskies need three regulation wins including a sweep over Alberta and a split in the UBC-Alberta series next weekend.

  3. If Alberta sweeps the Huskies in OT, the Pandas need one point to knock Saskatchewan out of 2nd place contention.

  4. Saskatchewan currently holds the CW tie-breaker with all top four teams, but Alberta.

  5. On Saturday, the Huskies will honour 5th year athletes Kaitlin Willoughby, Kori Herner, Kira Bannatyne and Kennedy Harris in a pregame ceremony.
