Cross Country Stewart Cup Results

University of Saskatchewan cross country athlete Courtney Hufsmith had the top finish for the Huskies at the 2017 Stewart Cup in Edmonton Saturday.

The Business student from Saskatoon finished the women's eight-kilometre run in 31:48 for fourth place overall. 

Stefano Zanotta had the top finish for the Huskies men's team clocking in at 38:08.91 for 57th place. 

The women finished fifth as a team, while the men competed as individuals. The University of Calgary took both team titles. 

The Stewart Cup is the final race on the Huskies schedule in 2017 before the Canada West and U SPORTS Championship in Victoria on November 11.
