Saskatchewan and Calgary meet in a Canada West postseason series for the 11th time in history. The Huskies swept the Dinos in the 2015-16 semifinal and have an all-time 19-10 record.
The Huskies are 3-1 vs. the Dinos this season. The teams split the first meeting in Calgary in October, before the Huskies swept at home in January.
Saskatchewan closed the Canada West season 2-4, losing all four games on the road.

Scouting The Dinos
The Calgary Dinos advanced after a quarter-final series win on the road over the UBC Thunderbirds last weekend. Calgary won Game 2 and 3 to advance.
Riley Sheen buried four goals for the Dinos in the series. Two of his goals proved to be game-winners for Calgary. 25 combined shots on goal from forwards Tim Vanstone and Chris Collins is the highest output from any two skaters in the playoffs.
First-year goalie Jordan Papirny started Game 1 for the Dinos against UBC, before Matthew Greenfield stepped in for the start in games 2 & 3. Greenfield posted a .915 save percentage in his 120:00 minutes of action, while Papirny recorded .892 save percentage in 60 minutes. In their only win vs. Saskatchewan this season, Greenfield picked up the win stopping 24 of 26 shots.
